I contacted my friend and he told me about P.H.A.T. Returns and gave me the contact number. I called and was booked in for a phone interview. Kathryn called me on the promised time and date and my tax return was done within half an hour. That simple. There was no need for me to take time off work or attend after hour appointments as my time is scarce.

Within 2 weeks I received my return in my account and can I just say ill be having a very Happy Christmas with it as well.

I won't be around next financial year to tell you about this so I would suggest that you all archive these details for future reference (info@phatreturns.com.au). Or even email them today so they know who you are for next financial year - it is sooooo worth it!!!!!!

This is my story:

So I know that non of us like the tax man especially when they tell you you owe money on your tax return. Well this is what happened to me this year I got that letter in the mail that said $3000 debit not credit and going overseas I cringed at the thought.

It wasn't like I was being dodgy or anything (otherwise it would have been a good dose of Karma) I even decided to go and pay an accountant this year to ensure that I got the correct money back for what I had paid. So I wanted to get the bottom of this and called in the experts!

I called a friend Stacey Clarke and explained my situation... as dumb-founded as I was about the whole ordeal she put me onto Travis who amended my tax and can you believe I ended up getting money back!

If this has happened to anyone in the past or even if you want great service and a great return email info@phatreturns.com.au and get back at the Tax Office!
